Cancellation Policy for the Residential Retreat, October 17 – 21, 2024 with Tempel Smith
Due to the up-front costs of hosting a residential retreat at a rented facility, our cancellation policy is stricter than usual. Please be comfortable with these terms before registering:
- Cancelling before September 10th: Full refund
- Cancelling between September 10 and October 5: full refund if we can fill your space, 50% refund if we cannot.
- Cancelling after October 5th: 50% refund if we can fill your space in the retreat, no refund if we cannot.
- If you do have to cancel, you have the option to donate part or all of your deposit to the retreat scholarship fund. This would be much appreciated and help us make sure no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
