Cancellation Policy for the Residential Retreat, October 15 – 20, 2023 with Dave Smith
Due to the up-front costs of hosting a residential retreat at a rented facility, our cancellation policy is stricter than usual. Please be comfortable with these terms before registering:
- Cancelling before September 10th: Full refund
- Cancelling between September 10 and October 5: 50% refund
- Cancelling after October 5th: No refund, but please let us know
- Extenuating circumstances pertaining to cancellation due to covid (or other accident/illness) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a full refund.
- If you do have to cancel, you have the option to donate part or all of your $200 deposit to the retreat scholarship fund. This would be much appreciated and help us make sure no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
