“Things are not as they seem.
Nor are they otherwise.”

            -Buddha

The truth of how things are is Non-Dual, and cannot be divided into a binary.
The small mind, is binary. It will constantly divide experience into good/bad, right/wrong, us/them, like/don’t like, want more/get rid of it.

Life in its purest form is a radical Both/And.

           -Pamela Weiss

“The mind unconsciously resists the realization of Non-duality since it tends to reject anything that threatens the status quo and the way in which it views the world.”

“We see the Non-Dual through Dualistic lenses. Which leads to a profound conundrum:  we feel that we somehow have to ACHIEVE realizing the Non-Dual, which is a construct of the Dual Mind that can’t see that it is already free.”

– Matthew Flickstein

At the still point of the turning world…

There the dance is.

… Except for the point, the still point,

There would be no dance, and there is only the dance…

TS Eliot (Burnt Norton)

“Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing
and right-doing there is a field.
I’ll meet you there.”

                                 -Rumi

Words of Adyashanti

Actually, all paths lead away from the truth…how’s that? All paths. There’s no such thing as a path to the truth. The truth’s already here, where are you going?

Right now, you can allow yourself to experience a very simple sense of not knowing – not knowing what or who you are, not knowing what this moment is, not knowing anything. If you give yourself this gift of not knowing and you follow it, a vast spaciousness and mysterious openness dawns within you.

To be here, all you have to do is let go of who you think you are. That’s all! And then you realize, “I’m here.”
Here is where thoughts aren’t believed.
Every time you come here, you are nothing. Radiantly nothing. Absolutely and eternally zero.
Emptiness that is awake.
Emptiness that is full.
Emptiness that is everything.
